Is virtual sleep consulting as effective as in-home sleep coaching?

Yes! After years of helping families in their homes, I am confident that you’ll see just as great results with virtual support and effectively changing sleep habits. In fact, clients report feeling empowered and more “in the know” as they are hands-on in their child’s sleep with support along the way. Virtual sleep consulting allows you to have a guide as your navigate your way through better sleep-never alone!

How long does it take to see get sleep results?

Sooner than you think! While this depends on each situation, you’ll often see results in a few days.The process can take a few weeks, depending on your sleep goals, but you’ll see the results from better quality of sleep sooner than that. 

Does sleep training mean I have no flexibility in my life anymore?

Nope! Actually, when your child develops more predictable sleep patterns and is sleeping better, more consistently, you’ll notice increased freedom in your daily lives when hours aren’t spent getting your child to sleep anymore. 

I’ve tried sleep training before with no luck. What makes your services different?

When we work together, I take a whole picture approach to your child’s sleep. We take a look at their daily life and current sleep patterns, along with what your sleep expectations and goals are. From there, we match the sleep goals with what is developmentally appropriate and build out a customized plan to get you there. In addition, you’ll have support along the way (with the full sleep package) to answer any questions, adjust as needed and hold your hand through the process. 

What is the best age to implement bigger sleep changes for my infant?

Between the ages of 4-6 months is a great time for sleep training, of course as developmentally appropriate. We see great success in helping institute new sleep habits starting in this window as babies have a little more mobility, feedings are established and this is often the time when babies who previously slept in a bassinet are transitioning to a crib, dropping their swaddle, and parents going back to work.

Can you help me with early wakings, short naps and hard bedtimes?

Yes! We can address all of these sleep concerns and help you with tangible ways to improve your child’s sleep habits in these areas for optimal rest for everyone.
